Please note after checking out the expected delivery says 10 weeks, which is the max I'm able to set with this system, but in reality, it will take from 12-16 weeks.
Q: What is a pre-order?
A: Pre-orders are orders placed before the production of an item. This way it helps small business gauge how much to make to meet the demands and will prevent excessive overstock which will take up space and ultimately become more environmentally friendly.
Q: Why do shipping and processing take so long?
A: For any pre-orders, it takes a lot of time for production and then shipment overseas. The current time frame factors in any unexpected delays shipments may take, along with quality checking each enamel pin before they are carefully packaged and shipped out to customers. We apologize for the long wait since I am a 1 person team tackling all of the above tasks. If the wait is an issue please feel free to return once the item is in stock and on sale.
Q: When can I expect this pin to arrive?
A: This enamel pin is expected to be shipped out in late-May or mid-June!
Q: If I pre-ordered this pin, but I also checked out with other non-preorder items, what happens to my package?
A: Since a Pre-order item is in your order, the package will ship out to you as soon as the pre-ordered pin is ready. If you do not wish to wait that long, please place 2 orders. 1 for the pre-order item and another for the remaining items. So this way all in stock items will be shipped out sooner.
